Start feeling better!

In the first session we will go into more details of your circumstances and come up with a plan to help you transform your life. Most people feel some relief right away and things usually continue to improve from there.

Are you taking new clients?

Yes, I have openings to accept new clients at this time. Please contact me to find out my current availability.

When is your availability?

I offer appointments between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM during the week. I do not have evening or weekend appointments at this time. Contact me to learn about my current openings.

What are your fees?

My fees are $200 per 50 minute session for individual therapy sessions and $225 per 50 minute for couples therapy sessions.

Do you take insurance?

I am currently out of network with insurance companies and only take private pay clients at this time.

Do you see clients in person?

Not at this time. I have seen amazing transformations through online therapy and believe in the benefits it provides. I love being an online therapist and have found many people prefer it since it is so convienent.

Do you do therapy with children or adolescents?

No, I only see adults who are over 18 years old and I do not work with children. However, I am happy to work with parents who are having difficulties parenting their children due to things from their own past that keep coming up. Additionally, I can assist with referrals for other therapists who see children.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, otherwise you will be charged the full fee.

Can I have my baby with me?

I let parents choose their preference if they want their newborns with them in counseling during the first few months after birth. I have found this usually works well as the baby tends to nurse/bottle feed and sleep a lot during that time. If the baby either becomes very distracting or grows into the more active crawling stage, I recommend clients have someone else care for their child while they prioritize their mental health in therapy sessions.

Why online telehealth therapy?

My clients are often busy parents and professionals. Online therapy fits more conveniently into their schedules since they don’t have to factor for commute time, parking, and other aspects of going to an office. Many new parents prefer to see me online since they have all the comforts their baby needs at their home and can meet with me without disrupting nap time or bringing a diaper bag.

Do we need to be in the same location for couples therapy?

No. As long as you are both California residents, you will each get your own links to access the online telehealth therapy appointment.
